Windows 8.1 Image for my Venue pro
I recently tried to update to windows 10 on my tablet and it completely corrupted the recovery partition need to reinstall 8.1, have my install key but Dell site says no image for my tablet, any ideas. Not sure if posting to correct forum

I checked the site and dell say there is no image available for my service tag #

I did but when I try to open zip file it says that it is empty even though download shows that it is 500mb

Please, keep in mind, the Dell Factory Image Restore to restore factory settings is for only computers that came preinstalled with Windows 10. Please list exactly Dell model number; Ex: Dell Venue 5830 Pro
