Windows 8 on Latitude E6400 Laptop ?
Hi everyone. I noticed that Dell isn't releasing official drivers for my model. Has anyone been successful with installing Windows 8 on the E6400 ? Any problems with native windows 8 drivers? Could someone please give me a hand with the links to some 3rd party drivers that would work with this model please. Hopefully i could get all the features working, even those like the FN function keys.

Hello,
try to install windows xp drivers - I've had most problems with bluetooth drivers. If you can't install through simple setup, then try msi, or inf files, or from device manager point to the xp folder with inf's and choose manualy proper driver. Should work.
I'm suprised that dell doesn't support E6400 on windows 8 yet.

Just saw your post. I have an E6400 running windows 8.1 The only problems have been with Bluetooth - it no longer works. This is not a problem for me as I have never used it and don't imagine I ever will.
