I have tried the methods listed on that website, but the problem isn't that the windows key is disabled, the problem is that I apparently need to hold FN and the Windows Key at the same time in order for it to work. When using regedt32, there isn't anything called "Scancode Map" that can be deleted. I even tried creating one and then deleting it. Still nothing works.
