Windows won't boot after using recovery disk

Status 0xc000000e is what i keep getting. Windows boots fine from disk, but won't boot after restart. What's causing this?

Start with a full hard drive diagnostic -- F12 at powerup.

If you need further help, please supply the system model and operating system version.

If you saw a memory error (MATS error), note which module produced the error - and then swap the two modules in their slots. Re-test -- if the error follows the module, the module is faulty and will need to be replaced.   If the error sticks to the same socket, it's the socket that's bad -- replace the mainboard.

Didn't see any errors. After seening "Running MATs test pure call" nothing happened. What does that term mean? Does that mean its still testing? There wasn't any thing wrong with the pc before the recovery.
