XP to Win7 Video driver solution found for ATI Mobility Radeon X1400

FYI:

Dell Inspiron 9400 (from 12/06, ATI Mobility Radeon X1400), switched from Win XP to Windows 7 Professional 32-Bit.  

Couldn't find a satisfactory video driver after scouring the internet.  

Went to Dell "Drivers & Downloads for Inspiron 9400/E1705" support page and installed the VISTA 32-Bit video driver for  ATI Mobility Radeon X1400

-and IT WORKS!
