XPS 13 (2015) Touchscreen Sensitivity question

Hey everybody, I just got the new XPS 13 with touch screen and it's ok, but every time I try to scroll with the touch screen, I inadvertently end up clicking some links on the screen. I want to do short flicks on the screen to scroll down quickly, but it seems that the screen is interpreting those as clicks. I come from a different laptop (ASUS vivobook s400ca) that didn't have this problem and I was wondering if there was a way to fix this?
