XPS 13 9350 Update Scan Shows Already Installed Drivers & Applications

After I update drivers and applications, when I recheck using Drivers & Applications on Dell Product Support, it continues to show the already updated drivers and applications as still needing updating.

I had this problem before and Dell Support reinstalled the same drivers and applications and indicated the problem was fixed.  When it happened again yesterday (first time I updated since Dell Support "fixed" it), I was told by Dell Support that they would only support the issue if I paid $230.  Because this is apparently a Dell software issue, I objected.  I will pay that if required, but before want to solicit help from someone who might have had the same issue and knew how to resolve it.

The unit is still under warranty.
