XPS 13 Touch Pad - No Change

Dell XPS 13 Cypress Touch Pad

Apparently Dell and/or Cypress have no intention of actually fixing this issue.   This is still by far the worst track pad I have ever used. The cursor jumps all over the screen and randomly clicks links, sends unfinished emails, disappears, you name it.   The palm rejection is worthless.  The pointer accuracy is abysmal,  the scrolling is non existent, and the zooming is horrific! What more could you ask for?!?! I've deleted, re-installed, deleted, updated, updated, deleted, re-installed, updated the drivers. I've re-installed the OS, flashed the bios, re-installed the drivers, run without the drivers, tried 3rd party drivers.

I'll give that a shot to fix the Palm Rejection (rejection) issues...now to find fixes for the REST of these issues!!!

Try TouchFreeze. It shuts down pad when you begin typing and turns it back on when you stop.

Totally agree, this is the worst touchpad I have EVER used on any computer in the last 15 years

Was about to use it as a Frisbee
