XPS 13 adapter suddenly stopped working.

I have an XPS 13 that I wanted to use for work this weekend, the power adapter just stopped working. It's done this a couple of times in the past for a short period, but this time it's been for 6 hours or more.

I wasted over an hour on that *** "Dell.com" website trying to submit a support ticket or something, but of course you avoid wasting time and money for contacting customers.

It is still under warranty. What do I do????

Please boot into BIOS and check what is the status of the adapter is listed as.

Does the light on the adapter switch off, when it is not working?

Please private message us the service tag of the system along with your email id.
