XPS 1340, Geforce G210M could not be installed.

so i received the system few days ago and the G210M and Geforece 9400 works well. I reinstalled Win 7 today on the system today and the G210M video card could not be installed.

 i downloaded the lastes driver from both Dell and NVIDIA, but the system keeps telling me that G210M could not be installed. does anyone have the same problem? or knows how to fix it?
