XPS 15 9560 Battery problems
I just got my new laptop one day ago and when i take my computer of AC at 100% charge it automatically drops to 95%. I ran battery diagnostics and on top of that and the new battery is already at 90% of its capacity, shouldn't it be at 100% considering its brand new?

Thanks for posting.
Battery status can change due to a variety of things. Usage depends on the programs running, number of windows open, amount of CPU usage, screen brightness, etc. So without knowing all those factors, it's difficult to answer your question.
