XPS 15 potential safety issue
So I was coding away on my XPS 15 on Sunday, when I thought I could smell burning and a weird fizzing sound. Picked the laptop up to check underneath and inadvertently touched one of the casing screws - ouch - burnt my hand - it's still blistered a couple of days later. Anyone else had this happen to them? I've contacted tech support, but it will apparently take 48 hours for them to investigate what could have caused this.

This is the first report I have seen of this issue. You should stop using the XPS 15 until Technical Support contacts you. You will need to provide pictures of the injury and of the medical bill to them. Was the XPS 15 AC adapter plugged into a grounded 3 prong outlet at the time of the issue?
