XPS 17 Loose
Purchased the XPS 17 laptop about 3 months ago, an I have noticed that the AC adapter cable has too much play if you wiggle the cable in the socket. The result is that the cable falls off very easily and several times every day. What do I need to do?

Hi,
Welcome to the community
For XPS 17 (L701x or L702x) there is a DC-In Port Cable installed on this units. I guess what we need to do is to replace that part. See the image below ;

when i contacted the customer care about this problem they said it is because of your usage and wont be covered under warranty
