XPS-18 will Pair but Not Connect to my Bose Bluetooth Headphones

My issue is that I have a  pair of the Bose Bluetooth headphones that pair with the xps 18 but don't connect for playing the sound. I have several other Dell notebooks and they work fine with no issues. Dell tech support is limited help. Has anyone identified or had the same problem and how did you get it fixed? Thanks all.
