XPS L702X Renesas USB3.0 driver

Dear all,

Please provide some help or redirect to a solution regarding behaviour of Renesas USB3.0 controller on Dell XPS 17.3" laptop running Windows 7 64-bit. I am currently using latest chipset / Renesas drivers, even upgraded BIOS to A019 version. I have a brand new USB flash Corsair Voyager GT 32GB USB3.0 which asks for drivers and is not recognized. It appears in Device Manager, but asks for drivers (?!)

My late USB flash Kingston DataTraveller 32GB USB3.0 died after a very short period used in the same laptop. Also, my external hard disk drives WD 1 and 2TB behave erratically sometimes being recognized, other times I have no chance to start them except plugging into another port, usually the USB2.0.

All the devices above work perfectly normal when plugged into any other computer. The brand new USB flash stick Corsair Voyager GT 32GB is not recognized and doesn't want to start, even plugged into one of the USB2.0 ports. The weird thing is that I made it bootable and I can boot-up from it, so the hardware actually can read it in BIOS - so it's 100% a Windows 7 / Dell drivers problem. Dear Dell - can you please provide some support on this one? Perhaps a NEC Renesas USB3.0 drivers update...

Device manager reports it as not installed, no drivers found for it (Code 28). Any ideas? Thanks!
