XPS M1530 with Win 7 - No Scroll on Touchpad

I upgraded my M1530 to Windows 7 64-bit, and the scroll function no longer works on the touchpad.  Someone suggested there was a new driver for 7, but when I look for M1530 drivers, the only options on the Dell support site are for Vista.
