XPS m1730 video driver wont update.

Hi i just recived my new xps m1730, it has dual 9800 Gts, ive attempted to download the drivers from the nvidia site but i get an error saying it cant find any drivers, does this mean there already fully updated or something else ?, ive tryed to update them from the dell site also but they only have the older cards that come with the m1730.
