XPS studio16 mouse,touchpad, drives wont work..win7(BASE DRIVE)

i have a dell xps studio 16 ,windows 7 ,4 gb, i7 processer, and im having problems like my touchpad is working very bad, it works but not like it should. my wireless mouse wont work at all nomore. device manager says base system device drive is not working and cant find it. and i tried updating drives/spftware from dell but i think i did it wrong and maybe missed some drives...please help ty
