XPS12 windows not starting black screen

just purchased this touch Dell XPS 12 Ultrabook... Yesterday there was starting issue, I turned it on to power up, and signed in to my user section suddenly I got completely black screen with curser arrow that I can move around. . ... there was just keypad lights on and the rest is all black screen after turning power switch on, no user choice screen, no info about bios activity.. nothing. I can't start the computer, I am using my old computer now.. very frustrated.. anybody had any issues similar to this one? ... the machine is under warranty, .. I"ll be very happy to hear if there is a quick fix. Thanks.
