XPS13 (9343) WiFi and Bluetooth problems after Windows 10 upgrade
I recently upgraded from Windows 8.1 to 10 with my XPS 13 (9343) laptop. Before the upgrade, I had no problem with any of the following devices with Windows 8.1. After the upgrade, I started experiencing the following issues:
1) Wifi: After restart or waking from sleep, I had to reconnect to my home network.Automatic reconnection was enabled and network adaptor's power management was modified but reconnection did not work well.
2) I had serious problems with my Bluetooth, especially with BT headphones. Once paired, it seemed to be working. However, after disconnecting and reconnecting, the headphones got connected but I did not hear any sound. Later, the headphones did not get connected but kept going to pairing mode but the Bluetooth setting showed that they are already paired. I am using a Bluetooth mouse. Interestingly, if I turn off the Bluetooth (from setting) and turn it on again, my Bluetooth mouse never get connected again.
Temporary solution: I installed network driver (9343_Network_Driver_74HW9_WN32_6.30.223.262.A01.exe) for Windows 8.1. This solved my wifi problem. I had reconnection all the time.
Regarding the Bluetooth mouse, it works as well.
Regarding the Bluetooth headphones, they worked for a while but I suddenly lost sound. Settings window showed that my headphone is still connected and audio playback device still showed that my Bluetooth headphone is active. I simply lost sound. The only way to temporarily fix this problem was to restart the system.
I tried several network adapter drivers (version A00, A01) but they did not make any differences. When I installed A02 version, I had the same problems that I had after Windows 10 upgrade.
I am wondering if there are anyone who experiences similar issues. Any comments on potential solutions will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the link. Are you suggesting that I shouid reinstall all the drivers even when my OS was upgraded from 8.1 to 10? I had automatic driver update from Dell support website. I assume the driver update order was arranged correctly by Dell. Unfortunately, the automatic driver update did not help the problems at all.

I was having a similar problem with the wifi, but some recent updates have fixed that issue,
I how ever am still having problems with bluetooth audio, My headphone would pair just fine but no audio would play through them, very frustrating, it has been like that since I bought my XPS 13 9343 last october. I had hoped dell would have addressed this by now.

Likewise here....on purchase of my Dell XPS 9343 I was able to throw audio to a bluetooth speaker, but with very poor quality. I can't remember is this was before or after Windows 10 upgrade. However, I am unable to interact with any bluetooth device (speaker, headphones, phone, tablet), whilst those bluetooth devices interact quite happily with each other. Frustrating...definetely.

I am experiencing the same thing on Windows 10. I have a Bluetooth Microsoft Sculpt Mouse and it just dies and I have to restart to get it working again.
The latest Wifi drivers that were automatically installed (the A03 version) seem to have made things even worse. I've had 3 failures this evening but prior to that it would happen once a week. I've turned off the wireless power saving features in the OS settings with no change.
Once the mouse quits, the System Event Log has a warning that states "Bluetooth HID device either went out of range or became unresponsive."
It seems that each of the driver releases states that the release will improve stability but my experience is that stability gets worse. I'm going to give the A02 release a try. A once-per-week failure is better than multiple failures in a day.

The Windows 8.1 driver worked quite reasonably until yesterday. After Windows update, my Bluetooth headphone got disconnected only after a few minutes. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the drivers but did not work. I deleted the most recent update installed yesterday. Now I can use my Bluetooth driver with no trouble. I really hope Dell can come up with something better.

If your Laptop is a XPS1702x and upgrade to Windows 10 you could find you have no internet connection via wireless or Ethernet direct cable ! It's disgraceful that Dell are not supporting this model with updated divers. I guess there only interested in selling new equipment.
