XPS15 Z

Great my warranty runs out in five days, so now when I turn on my Laptop, it comes up all pixeled and I have to go into screen resolution and change the settings and then save so I can see my scree. Half of it is black the other half is in black and white. I have to save settings each time I start the machine. I have ran the hardware and scan from my dell and does not recognize anything.
