abt the graphics card in my dell inspirion 15 laptop

plz help have have buy this laptop today and when i came home it show that i cant apply screen sever and it give this message cant apply screen sever because it requried a newer video card or one that cpmpatible with direct3D

what does it means help plzz...

also it not showing wi-fi icon on the taskbar..???
