automatically turn on laptop

Hi I'm trying to find a way to turn the notebook automatically, but in the bios there is no method that allows it. (function alarm, wake on Lan?).

I have discarded the usb wake because the PC has to be suspended and if not shut it off would go on.

It could include some method for the next review of the bios, to crank the laptop or bynetwork, alarm or other method?

know if there is any way to turn other than these, if there is some method please let me know.
