average shipping time?

I'm sure you can figure out by going to your "My Account" and login to check the status or just give them a call. There's a pretty good delay on the 6cell, I guess that's why when I ordered yesterday, I upgraded to 9cell for free.

Without delays factored in typical time from receipt of payment is 1 week.

I ordered on 5/21 and my laptop was supposed to the ship on 6/6.  It actuall shipped on 6/11 and should be here today.

Ordered my M1530 on 5/22 with an ESD of June 9th.  June 9th came and was informed that the revised ship date was moved to June 13.  It actually shipped on the 12th and I had it in my hot little hands on June 13th.  I've never waited for a Dell system this long, ever.  And I've purchased a lot of them over the years.  I can say that it was worth the wait...beautiful system.  Minor disappointment that it didn't ship with the Vista SP1 OS disc....just the pre-SP1 version.  I may try to contact support and see if I can get an integrated disc.  The first thing I do with a new system is wipe (or replace) the hard drive to remove all the bloatware that Dell loads on it and reinstall a clean copy of the OS.
