I think you are going to have to provide more information in order to get some help.
> Which exact XPS 15 model, XPS L501X or 502X?
> What operating system are you using?
> What program were you using when you got the BSOD?
> Have you tried to re-start the computer? I'm sure you have but you should provide these kind of details.
> Will it start?
> Have you tried starting in safe mode?
> Error messages?
