DXDIAG INFORMATION

System Manufacturer: Dell Computer Corporation

System Model: Latitude D500

BIOS: Phoenix ROM BIOS PLUS Version 1.10 A06

Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) M Processor 1300MHz, ~1,3GHz

I cannot connect to the internet to download these drivers
directly to her laptop. Can I download them to a usb from mine and transfer
them? I've looked everywhere for these drivers but can't seem to navigate the

Hi Mark,

Welcome to the Community,

You may download the below drivers on to USB drive on your system and then transfer/install it to the other system.

Chipset driver for O2Micro OZ6912/601/711EO CardBus/Sm  : www.dell.com/.../latitude-d500

Network Controller (Wireless card) : www.dell.com/.../latitude-d500

PCTel MDC for PCI Modem : www.dell.com/.../latitude-d500

Linksys EtherFast_10/100_PC_Card_(PCMPC100_V3)  driver (which was not preinstalled on the system) is not provided by Dell however you may try this driver below from a 3rd party website:

howtodrivers.com/model30919.html

Note:Above link is 3rd party link and not Dell validated link.

Let me know how it goes.

Thank You
