crashes
Our laptop crashes off and on. The screen tells us what to do if this is the first time it happened (restart computer) and to contact support if this isn't the first time. Tries to do a memory dump, but says that it failed. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be? It says we can disable caching and shadowing in BIOS. We have a Inspiron N7010.

Press F12 at powerup (or hold the D key) at powerup. Boot to the Dell diagnostics and run an extended system test, particularly on the hard drive.
