dear dell!
I have an alienware m14 xr2 the subwoffer is blown out, and I need a keyboard 2 keys came loose then my son felt the need to take the rest off, now I do have a warranty can you send me parts please? website says chat not available for my device . very irritating. so not happy with dell support

Even if you do have a warranty, the damage to the keyboard (and likely the damaged subwoofer) is likely to be deemed accidental and not covered.
