dell inspiron 11 - 3147 2-in-1wont stop restarting
My laptop has been saying "We couldn't complete the updates. Undoing changes. Dont turn off your computer", for about 3 months now.
What can I do to fix this?

Looks to be issue with the windows updates.
Does it allow you to disable the automatic updates??
How about in safemode??
