dell inspiron 2650
i have a dell inspiron 2650 laptop with 40G HARD DISK ,Memory of 512mb, can i upgrade the the hard disk to 120G+ and memory to 2G+? what do i need to do to be able to upgrade, currently i cant use 1G memory.

According to Crucial the maximum memory is 512 MB see here. In my opinion this system is way too old to bother upgrading parts, I would advise you to save your cash and get a new system.
