dell mediadirect 3.5 error
I'm trying to install mediadirect after upgrading my hard drive on the xps 1530 and I get a fail error. What should I do?

Did you start with the media direct disk first(load it before loading the OS disk)?...
Then after loading the OS disk,did you load media direct disk again,this time in windows state?...
Other reason,did you system ship with media direct 3.5,or the newer version?...

Thank you for the reply. No I didn't install it first I installed the OS first. I don't konw what version my system was shipped but that is the CD that I have. What should i do now?
My laptop is very new only a few months old, but I don't konw where the mistake happend and htey shipped me the system with only 60g so I had no choice but to upgrade

Go with my first reply,
1)Load the Media Direct Cd (boot from disk).This will install and set all of the partitions.
2)Load the OS disk(boot from disk)
3)Log onto windows and get it set up,now load the Media direct disk again(in windows)this will install the application itself.
