dell n5110 webcam
I have same problem, one time I had no problem with my webcam and before I knew it I could not detect same webcam again...pfff so frustrating. Try to do the diagnose supplied by dell support but I don't know why its not working and cant get whats wrong... I managed to install a new webcam devise but still cannot use it

I am sorry about the situation; I understand that you have run the diagnostics; did you specifically run the diagnostics for webcam? In case you didn’t run the diagnostics for webcam. Follow the steps below.
Please check if the webcam is detected in device manager, follow the steps below.
Start > in search box type in device manager > under the imaging device > check if the webcam is detected.
Use the link below to run the Dell PC diagnostics, click on symptom, select webcam and run the diagnostics.

did all the test dell central has suggested, I even had the webcam changed and still is not detected by my laptop on the device manager, I think I have to go to the local dell dealers to solve issue as I am tired of all the tests I've done.
btw the tests I've done and suggested is not detecting my cam
