dell passwords
can't acess laptop cause i was changing passwords on the setup and it said change complete but it didn't and i don't have password for it. I'm currently rebuilding the laptop, so any help would be appreciated

You will need to call tech support and prove to them that you are the legal owner of that notebook. They will then give you a Master password to enter that will be good for just your machine.
