disappointment
I am highly disappointed by the tecnical support provided by the Dell. Even the customer care talked so rudely over the phone and its being more than 3 days I had called the Dell rep about non functioning of my laptop and still no one has yet come for the assistance.
I request all not to purchase Dell since it has a very bad customer service and has no value and respect for its costomers.
