display on 5559 inspiron windows 10
internal display went dead system runs fine with external display through HDMI plug no detect for any other display nothing shows up except Sony TV with HDMI cable plugged in all scans or trouble shooting checks external display as only one available reset system re booted and checked and installed updated drivers no change no error or codes

Unfortunately, it would appear from the symptoms you described, that the lcd may have failed. If you are under warranty, then please contact Tech Support to troubleshoot and diagnose your issue. If you are not under warranty, you may wish to contact Dell Out of Warranty Services for a repair estimate, or you can contact a local computer repair service or even try to replace it yourself.
