eject buttons does not work on new Studio 1535; cannot install anything
Hi everyone,
Just bought a new Dell Studio 1535 T8100 and cannot use it. No eject button works, the touch panel eject button, the F10 key or Fn+F10. The touch panel button lights up and shuts down slowly with no effect on DVD tray.
I cannot install anything since the ray does not open. Should I return my produck back?

Hi,
If u r facing problem with ur touch panel,plz check ur all the touch button.If the specific button is not working i.e. eject button so check the optical drive by going in my computer and right click on dvd drive then click on the eject tab,if the dvd drive come out then problem in hinge cover (touch panel).So logged with dell for the same.They will shortout ur problem at the earliest.
