extended warranty not showing up

I've purchased my dell this august and included the 2 years warranty extension (3 in total), but recently i logged in my dell account and realised the extended warranty has not shown up. how is this possible?

i've purchased in singapore... during the it fair. its the 2 years extended on site warranty if i didnt remembered wrongly. it was claimed that i do not need to register for the extended one and i only need to register for the first year..
