which is the best graphic resolution for gaming laptop?

It depends on your expectations and budget. Don't expect to game with a 4K screen and an nVidia 1060 GPU. Gaming at 4K requires a top-end GPU like a 1080 or equivalent Radeon (and a high price).
For a more modest GPU, stick to 1920X1080 (FHD).
