high pitched noise when fully charged and plugged in

Hi,

I would like to report that my Dell XPS 12 gives off of quiet high pitched buzzing/chirping/fizzing sound when plugged in and at 100% charge. I received the unit 2 days ago, and it is very distracting. Is anyone aware it its cause/ solution?
