how to clear system password ?
i need your help!
i use laptop dell vostrol 3400. ( service tag : )
but my friend set system password and forgot it.
now, i can not access laptop because wrong system password.
i can access CMOS/BOIS, boot from CDs.
i need clear system password to can use laptop.
thank you.

Hi DoDat,
Please privte message with the snapshot, system ID and the system service tag, which will be seen on the BIOS screen. If you do not get the system ID, try entering an incorrect password multiple times and you will see the System ID. To send a private message, click on my name and select send private message.
