i am unable to load windows
Pls help me so that i can load winows 7 on my dell inpiron laptop , My windows cd wont while starting neither it is strting in normal windows mode

Installing Windows 7 on a laptop that is experiencing problems with Windows starting isn't going to fix anything.
Reboot, hit F12, and run extended diagnostics on the laptop
