inspiron 15-3521 power up beeping and blank screen
My inspiron 15-3521 is beeping with nothing on the screen every time I turn it on. The only way to stop it is to turn it off via power button. From what I can tell it is one beep error code suggesting BIOS checksum failure. Any suggestions?? The laptop is only couple of months old!

Tried clearing static and re-seating ram/hdd... no luck.

My 3521 won't start, at all. Upon power up, screen is black, and laptop continuously beeps. Not 7 times, not 4, but continuous beep-beep-beep. There is no pattern. Do I need to replace the motherboard?
