inspiron 15Z and WIDI

Hi

I have a 15Z which runs windows 8 64* home premium and  has the Intel Centrino Wireless-N 2230 Wifi + Bluetooth Half Mini PCI-E Card installed and i have the intel HD4000 graphics and etc

i was under the impression that i could use this setup for WIDI, so i have installed it, but its not working  when i launch WIDI it stats "my wifi technology not enabled"  "please restart pc and try again" and I can see the screen behind states "STATUS: no adapter connected"

any ideas ??
