inspiron 3542
I bought inspiron 3542 and it has touch pad issues from very first day. Initially there was ubuntu then i shifted to win 7 32 bits. On some suggestions, i again shifted to win 7 64 bits but still touch pad is not working properly. It hurts a lot when your brand new laptop doesn't work properly.

same is the problem with my laptop. Dell should replace the product if it cannot replace the touch pad.
