inspiron 5548 touch sreen not working

Hi!

I tried to install with drivers from dell support page,i tried guide me/ detect drivers method "all drivers are up to date".

There is olny one driver in "Mouse, Keyboard & Input Devices (1 file)" section i installed, not working, even crashing.

Error details listed bellow (hungarian language, but tech details still can be read):

still not working. Any ide where to find drivers for the touchscreen?

Hi,

Please confirm if the touchscreen is working fine outside the OS.

Run a thorough hardware diagnostics, Once the diagnostics are done, Use the touch input to select the devices listed on the screen.

Check if that responds.

To enter diagnostics, Keep tapping F12 on the startup Dell logo that comes as soon you press the power button.

Select "Diagnostics" from the list, Run it completely

Hi!

Thanks for the advice, we tried your suggested method, before the OS, the touchscreen is working. Any suggestions where to find drivers for it?

Extra information: the touchscrren worked with win8.1 but now the installed os is win7. (The user wants to keep win7)

Hi,

Please use the link www.dell.com/support to get the list of drivers for this model.

Before downloading the drivers, Please check if HID( Human Interface Devices) is listed in "Device manager" , If yes, ensure they are enabled.

result:
We are unable to find the selected device. The device driver for your selected diagnostic is either not installed or installed incorrectly.Please ensure your device is enabled through your device manager or go to Drivers and Downloads to install the latest driver.

takes me to here:

No driver updates found. Your system has the most recent updates

Driver detection complete

Find it myself: already tried everything.

Still looking for help.

Any ideas how to determinate the touch screen firmware is supports the HID mode??
