insprion 3420 65 watt adapter overheating.

Is anyone having trouble with their laptop power supply overheating?  I  hot, almost too hot to touch. and my laptop hang while charging.my tochpad at that time not working.

 I haven't ever noticed this happening before, so I believe this has just started overheating.  I first my bios not detcted 65 w if said it need 90 w .i m using 65 watt from 1 year.but not i getting problem what to do without battery it working fine. 

now i have change my charger take 90w but it also heating but after 40 min in comparison to 65watt it take more time.

still overheated problem

i have chack dell battary test but it's report fine.

Anyone else experience this?  Anyone know if Dell is aware of this issue and has a solution or recall?
