laptop charging stops at 78%

Hello

Iam having dell inspiron 1764 with windows 10 updated 6 months back. Till two days back I am not facing any problem but from last 2 days my laptop was not charged to 100 % level...its charging stops at 78%.

I have tried to find desktop model option in battery but not found anywhere.
