There are basically two options:
Integrated video or discrete video.
If your current system has integrated video, you need another integrated board -- or to upgrade to discrete video you'll need a new heatsink-fan assembly and a new power adapter at 90W minimum.
If your current system has discrete video (AMD or nVidia), any of the discrete boards will work to replace your current board.
