my new laptop dell inspiron 15 5000 glitches
hi there i just bought my new laptop and from the first day it glitches even with a simple video on youtube such a shame for brand new laptop. is there any solution i tried everything from updates but lets be honest new laptop dont have this kind of problems from the start. is there any way to fix this problem or to ask for refund?

If you are using Chrome to play youtube videos you may want to check to make sure that Adobe Flash is installed. Click the video link below to watch how to fix youtube glitches. It is not a Dell video, but it has resolved the issue for users.

Also, check the settings below as well.
Go: Control Panel > Sound > Playback > Speakers (or your preferred sound output device) > Properties > Advanced > Here change Default Format to: 24 bit 192000 Hz (Studio Quality) > Click Apply
