no touchpad setting available
Hi, I just got a new Dell vostro laptop with windows 7. the touchpad is way too sensitive and I can't type correctly. In my older dell laptop I had the option to personalize the touchpad but this one doesn't have that option.
- there is an Fn key and pressing it with the F3 (which should disable touchpad) does not work.
- in the device manager --> mouse and pointing devices, there is only the PS/2 compatible mouse option and when I choose this option there is no touchpad tab. I did try to update this device manager but after restarting the laptop I couldn't move the cursor at all (the touchpad didn't work) so I reversed the update.
would appreciate any help... thank u.
